Bobby Eugene Stier

Bobby Eugene Stier, 78, of Waco, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, January 13, 2021.  A Graveside Service will be 11 am, Wednesday, January 20th at Oakwood Cemetery in Waco with Rev. Ronnie Holmes officiating.  A visitation with the family will be 6-8 pm, Tuesday, January 19, 2021 at Grace Gardens Funeral Home.

Bobby Eugene Stier was born April 13,1942 to Minnie V (Stout) and James Luther Stier in Shinnston, West Virginia.  He was the fifth of six children.  He grew up in West Virginia until his travels brought him to Waco, Texas, where he met the mother of his children to come, Shirley Williams.  The couple had two daughters and a son.

Bobby loved cars and working on them, he owned his own business, Bobby’s Auto Service in Waco, Texas. He dearly loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren and great grandchildren.  He was always there to lend a helping hand to all who needed him. His loving and caring heart will be greatly missed.

He is preceded in death by his parents, siblings, two granddaughters, Jazmine, and Madison.  Left to cherish his memories are his daughters, Joyce Biles, Gena Stier; son, Travis Stier; step children, Paul, Sabrina, Shelley; 12 grandchildren; and 22 great grandchildren. He will forever live in their hearts.
