Jean Dupree Obituary
Wanda Jean Dupree, 94, of Waco, Texas went to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on January 19, 2023, surrounded by her family. Funeral Service will be 1 pm, Tuesday, January 24, 2023 at Grace Gardens Funeral Home. Committal service will be 1 pm, Friday, January 27, 2023 at South Park Cemetery in Pearland, Texas.
Jean is preceded in death by her precious husband, Bill Dupree. Also her parents , Rose and Shelby Earl McAdams; and son, James Earl Dupree. She is survived by her daughter, Nancy Phillips; grandchildren, Brent Phillips and wife Meredith; Heather Bowden and husband Rodney; Jeff Dupree and wife Tiffany; Jana Romine and husband Brad; Great Grandchildren, Anderson Phillips, Keyson Phillips, Ainsley Bowden, Landry Bowden, Maddie Dupree, Nate Dupree, Eliana Romine, Rafe Romine and Gemma Romine.
Jean was dearly loved by her family and will be sorely missed. A powerful woman of faith, prayer warrior, and inspiration to all who knew her, treasured by her family, friends and church. Her legacy lives on through each of us. A beautiful image bearer of Christ.
The family wants to thank all who have helped Jean through the many years with her health, Dr. Kyle James, Dr. Ivan Castillo, Bluebonnet Hospice, Sarah Kathryn Hannah, and Jean's favorite, Cori Schmidt, all of Senior Care of Hewitt.
